Were the last words that Jesse's mom said to his dad. It has been ten years and thousands of miles. They still haven't found her. Even the most devout husband would have given up by now, but every few months their cell phone rings. No one speaks on the other end, but Jesse's dad knows its gotta be her. After the call, they load up everything and follow the phone number she called from.
What Jesse and his dad don't realize is that they are deliberately being moved for their protection.
They are in the center of a war that began before the time of Adam and Eve. A war that wages around all of us, but only certain people can see it. Those unfortunate few that can see are called Crozzovers.
Both sides have just realized that Jesse is a Crozzover and they are coming for him.
